Refund Policy – Perlubie Park

• Refund Eligibility:
  Bookings are fully refundable up to 21 days before check-in. Refund requests made within 21 days of check-in will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Booking and Payment:
  You can book your accommodation as far in advance as rates and availability are published. Payment for your stay can be made from 90 days before check-in.
• Booking Without Payment:
  
  • If your check-in date is more than 35 days away, you can make a booking without immediate payment.
  • We will send payment reminders to the email address provided at the time of booking.
  • If payment is not received at least 21 days before check-in, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
• Important Notes:
  
  • Ensure you enter your email address correctly when booking (you will be asked to confirm it twice).
  • If your booking is cancelled due to non-payment and an incorrect email address, we will do our best to find you a site, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
