Terms and conditions

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who fails to accept our terms and conditions/conditions of entry.

By entering our property, you are in agreement to the rules below and acknowledge the potential hazards stipulated are/may be present during your time on our property:

·         Strong winds

·         Uneven surfaces

·         Wire fences

·         Falling branches

·         Hot coals from contained fire pit

·         Snakes/foxes/wildlife

All visitors are responsible for the supervision of their children/dependants and to ensure their safety/adherence to the rules and regulations of the property.

All visitors/guests are liable for any damages they or their group incur during their stay.

Any grey water may be directed on to the closest trees.

Littering is not permitted on our site at all, we supply bins for rubbish and recycling for cans & bottles.

Please do not leave rubbish bags or shoes outside your van at night as we have a couple foxes that frequent the area which will tear the bags open and take shoes.

We have a dump point on site, please make sure after you have used it that you hose down the required mess area ready for the next use.

The speed limit within our park is a strict 10km per hour or walking pace.

Disorderly & disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and our caretakers then have the right to end your stay and evict you at their discretion.
